Privacy policy

BEAR collects the account data you submit (name, email), uploaded chart images, analysis history, and technical logs needed to operate the product. Payment card details are handled by Whop, not stored on BEAR servers.

We use this data to authenticate you, generate analyses, manage subscriptions, improve the product, and communicate about your account. We do not sell personal data.

Processors may include hosting providers, Anthropic (for vision analysis of the images you upload), Whop (billing), and Google (if you choose Google sign-in).

You may request access or deletion of your account data by emailing the operator. Chart images are stored to power history and may be deleted when you delete your account.
